Join Us in Supporting Families of Nonverbal and Severely Affected Children with Autism
📈 The Rising Need
Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) diagnoses are increasing. Today, 1 in 36 children in the U.S. is diagnosed with ASD, with around 30% being nonverbal or severely affected. These families face overwhelming challenges every day.
💔 The Profound Impact
Families raising children with severe autism bear significant social and economic burdens. Intensive caregiving, high medical expenses, lost income, and emotional strain are just the beginning. The cost of care can reach up to $2.4 million over a lifetime, including medical treatments, special education, and adaptive equipment.
🔍 Our Mission
We are raising funds to provide crucial support for these families. We aim to offer financial assistance for nutraceutical interventions and respite care, addressing immediate needs and long-term well-being.
🌿 Why Nutraceuticals?
Nutraceuticals, such as omega-3 fatty acids, probiotics, and vitamins, have shown promise in improving symptoms of autism. However, the costs are prohibitive for many families. Your donation can help cover these expenses, offering hope for better health and behavior management.
💆♀️ Respite Care
The constant demands of caregiving can lead to burnout. By providing respite care, we give parents a break to recharge, reducing stress and improving overall family dynamics.
🤗 About the Founder
I'm a parent of a nonverbal, severely autistic 13-year-old son. After years of struggling for help, I earned a master's in biomedical nutrition from the University of Texas at Austin, focusing on how nutraceuticals can mitigate the effects of autism. I vowed to share my knowledge and support other families, using my expertise to make a difference.
🎯 Our Commitment
Every dollar raised goes directly to supporting families with nonverbal and severely autistic children. We aim to provide the proper care and protocols, improving life for these children and their families.
Your donation can transform lives. Help us provide the necessary support to families facing the immense challenges of severe autism. Together, we can improve the quality of life for these children and their loved ones.
